Shipping and Accidental Damage

If a miniature is damaged while in my possession I will do my best to repair or replace it to your satisfaction at my own cost. If a model arrives damaged I will provide photographic evidence and either attempt to repair or replace adding the cost to your bill.

I cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping although I will do my best to prevent incidents with a strong plastic box, plenty of bubble wrap and tissue paper. Photographic evidence will be provided of the state of your commission before shipping.

For international deliveries please bear in mind that customs can delay a package for some time and I cannot be held responsible. I will provide a tracking number and I keep proof of postage so you can be sure of when I shipped, beyond that it is in the hands of the postal service. 

Terms of Agreement

By commissioning me you agree to the terms and conditions. An agreement will be reached via email as to the total cost and an estimated deadline, which will start from when the models arrive and I have been payed the first half of the agreed cost. if I go beyond the deadline a discount may be agreed depending on how much extra time is needed.

I will commence painting once models arrive and 50% of the agreed cost is payed. Once the models are completed to your satisfaction you must pay me the other 50% before I can ship your models back. I will endeavor to keep you updated and consult you at every stage of painting, If you are unsatisfied with the final product I can attempt improvements but I cannot offer a refund.
